The global Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, held a training course for the tire department staff at the Manaseer Machinery Trading Company. This course was held in order to raise the efficiency of the company's employees and to exchange experiences and knowledge regarding the tires market by experts and technicians who have extensive experience in this field.

The training course which was held in Geneva Hotel, between the 14^th and the 19^th of August 2016, included theoretical and practical sessions. The first session was under the title: "one-way to fleet". It is a specialized session for training the staff of the tire department by Goodyear experts on the techniques of continuous examination of Goodyear tires within the fleet, the technical testing procedures, and how to provide integrated technical services by the employees in charge.

The second session was under the title: "one-way to dealer". It is a specialized session to train the staff of the tire department on how to provide services to tire dealers in an integrated and professional manner. The training included enabling the employee to follow up on the local market requirements, and offering a complete after sales and support services.
